Sephera Giron is Going On Tour

Sèphera Girón is going on tour this year to many exciting places. Keep checking back to this page as more events are added. Okay, maybe she's not going on tour like a rock star, however, she's going to be in many places in the coming months so be sure to say "hi!"

Sèphera may be appearing as herself or under one of her many tarot reading persona such as Mistress Ariana, Mistress Scariana, or Madame Something or even Madame Selene from Killer Rack.

The Horror Happens Radio Show, Tuesday August 4 at 7:40 EST
Sèphera will be discussing her new book, Experiments in Terror from Samhain Horror Publishing as well as other horrific things.

Fan Expo, Toronto Convention Centre,Toronto September 3 - 6
Look for Sephera Giron and Mistress Ariana signs.
Copies of Experiments in Terror will be available as well as tarot readings and handmade charms.

Tarot readings at Fan Expo are a bit different than a one-hour change-your-life in-home visit. Tarot readings are often priced at $20 and if a specific question isn't asked, a spread will be determined for you. The reading may be as quick as "yes" or "no," or it can go up to five minutes. There isn't room or time for long in-depth questions and observations. If you like what you see, feel free to book Ariana for corporate functions or private readings.

There is a Horror Writers Association booth at Fan Expo as well. If you're a member of HWA and want to participate, contact Lou Rera through the membership page.

Sephera/Ariana is appearing on five panels: Tarot 101, Ghost Hunting, Corsets, How to Write Horror, What Scares You?

Fan Expo/Festival of Fear BOOTH L68

As part of the fun for Festival of Fear and Fan Expo, I've created a few "lucky charms" inspired by my book HOUSE MAGIC: THE GOOD WITCH'S GUIDE TO BRINGING GRACE TO YOUR SPACE by Ariana.

These little vials are filled with blessed gemstones and full moon incense that was acquired in Salem, Massachusetts. Each vial comes with a skull head and a lucky charm.

You can put your lucky charm on your altar, on your dress, in your car, wear it around your neck, keep it on your desk or in your purse. Each vial has been created with love and light and allowed to absorb the loving rays of the Blue Full Moon in Aquarius.

There are only eleven skull vials and once they are gone, they are gone, never to be recreated as they are uniquely made in a rare Blue Moon.

I also created 16 tiny good luck charms that can worn on a necklace, on a key chain, hung in a window, or on the rear-view mirror of your car.

These were also created during the Aquarius Full Blue Moon and contain Full Moon Incense from Salem, Massachusetts.

Once these are sold out, they are gone forever, for these are very unique.

The amulets are charged with light and love with the focus being on peace, harmony, unconditional love, and wealth.

You can wear them or keep them under your pillow.

Rue Morgue's Festival of Fear and Fan Expo 2013

Makenzie, Sèphera Girón, Roxy Lee GG
Fan Expo is a huge convention, partly because it's five conventions in one. Hundreds of thousands of cosplayers, gamers, movie buffs, freaks, and geeks fill the Toronto Convention Center every August. This year, FanExpo falls Thursday August 22 - Sunday August 26, 2013.

The first year I came, perhaps ten years ago, I was a Guest of Honour at Rue Morgue's Festival of Fear with other horror authors such as Clive Barker, Brian Keene, and Nancy Kilpatrick. The convention has grown one heck of a lot over the years.

The Festival of Fear has many horror authors who come in from all over the world. Many authors bring books for fans to purchase and for the past couple of years, have been in a hallway with exhibits.

If you love horror and want to meet some kickass horror authors, be certain to look for the author's section of the con. We'd love a chance to get to talk to you and discover what your tastes and desires are and how we can meet your needs.

Watch the Fan Expo website Horror Authors at Rue Morgue's Festival of Fear August 2013 as more guests are added all the time.
